Starte mit uns durch als Project Manager für unsere kundenspezifischen Software Projekte in den Bereichen Industrie und Schienenfahrzeuge in Karlsruhe, Berlin, Cottbus und Murnau!

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben:

• Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Deine Software-Projekte, von der Akquise über das Konzept und die Implementierung bis hin zur erfolgreichen Kundenabnahme.
• Du leitest und unterstützt Deine Projektmitarbeiter und arbeitest selbst aktiv an den Projekten mit.
• Du bist dabei stets in engem Austausch mit unseren Kunden.
• Basierend auf den Anforderungen unserer Kunden konzipierst und realisierst Du
  gemeinsam mit Deinem Team perfekt zugeschnittene Software-Lösungen.
• Du entwickelst kundenspezifische Software-Architekturen.
• Du erstellst Zeit- und Aufwandspläne für Deine Projekte, und achtest auf die Einhaltung des Zeit- und Budgetrahmens.
• Bei Problemen suchst Du proaktiv nach Lösungen und setzt diese in die Tat um.

Qualifikation

• Analytisches, strukturiertes und ergebnisorientiertes Denken und Handeln zeichnen Dich aus.
• Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Verhandlungsgeschick.
• Du suchst aktiv den Kontakt zu unseren Kunden.
• Du verfügst über Erfahrung in der Software-Entwicklung.
• Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Kundenkommunikation.
• Du kannst Kollegen motivieren und hast im besten Fall bereits erste Führungserfahrung.
• Du zeigst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und verfügst über ein sicheres Auftreten.
• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Informationstechnik,
  Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Für Dich steht die Entwicklung innovativer und effizienter
  Software-Lösungen im Fokus. Dazu nutzt Du gängigen KI-Tools wie
  beispielsweise GitHub Copilot.
• Und das Wichtigste für uns: Du arbeitest gerne mit anderen zusammen, bist zuverlässig und offen gegenüber neuen Themen.
