Aufgaben

Deine Mission

Du erweiterst unsere technische Expertise beim Kunden und hilfst diesen aktiv, deren Herausforderungen anzugehen und neue Lösungsansätze zu entwickeln. Nicht nach Skript, sondern durch Verstehen, Erklären und Entwickeln.

• Aktive Projektarbeit in Projekten im Bereich Batterie-Testing und -Sicherheit
• Identifikation von technischen Problemstellungen und Entwicklung von Lösungen
• Detail-Engineering in enger Absprache mit den Kunden
• Selbstständige Projektsteuerung und frühzeitiges Erkennen von aufkommenden Problemen
• Aktive Diskussion mit den Kunden im Projekt, aber auch Messen und Konferenzen
• Aufbau und Pflege eines belastbaren Netzwerks in der DACH-Region und im mitteleuropäischen Ausland
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Kunden aber auch mit unserem Team

Qualifikation

Dein Profil

Wir suchen Dich als technisch denkende Person mit Lust auf Problemlösung und darauf, sich in die vielfältigen technischen Problemstellungen unserer Kunden einzuarbeiten.

• Technischer Hintergrund (z. B. Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften, Physik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar)
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Batterietesting oder Handling von Batterien ist ein Muss
• Idealerweise gültige HV-Sicherheitsschulung
• Hands-on Mentalität und agile Arbeitsweise
• Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Themen zu verstehen
• Erfahrung in Batterie-Zertifizierung, Homologation und Standards ist von Vorteil
• Freude an Kommunikation und daran, auf Menschen zuzugehen
• Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Fähigkeit mit Stress umzugehen
• Hohe Reisebereitschaft (Kundentermine, Messen, Konferenzen)
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
