Program Analyst (Travel)

Specialized experience is defined as: Specialized experience includes: (1) Applying Federal travel laws and regulations to provide technical guidance on travel operations, entitlements, and voucher processing; OR (2) Administering travel compliance and Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) programs to ensure adherence to agency policies and internal controls; OR (3) Analyzing travel system reports to identify discrepancies, reconcile aged obligations, and resolve financial processing errors; OR (4) Developing travel-related training materials, operating procedures, or instructional job aids to improve program consistency and employee understanding. GS-13 You must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-12 or equivalent level. Specialized experience must be documented in your resume. Specialized experience is defined as: Specialized experience includes: (1) Interpreting and applying complex Federal and DoD travel laws and regulations to resolve technical entitlement issues and provide authoritative policy advice; OR (2) Managing, evaluating, and improving an organizational travel compliance and Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) program; OR (3) Conducting audits, reviews, and statistical analyses of travel data to identify improper payment risks and internal control weaknesses; OR (4) Coordinating between travel systems and financial systems to resolve complex interface rejects, perform fiscal year crossover tasks, and reconcile unliquidated obligations.
