Aufgaben

• Definition und Pflege der Produkt-Roadmap in enger Abstimmung mit Entwicklung, Vertrieb und Geschäftsführung
• Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse relevanter Produkte und Technologien im Bereich E-Mobilität / Automotive
• Verantwortung für das Produktentwicklungsbudget und Sicherstellung effizienter Ressourcenplanung
• Repräsentation des Produktportfolios gegenüber Kunden, Partnern und intern im Unternehmen
• Management von Produktwartung und Qualitätssicherung über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
• Erstellung und Pflege vollständiger Produktdokumentation (technische Specs, Datenblätter, Release Notes)

Qualifikation

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Mechatronik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Informatik oder vergleichbar) mit Schwerpunkt auf Applikationssoftware
• Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis mechatronischer Systeme
• Kenntnisse im Systems Engineering
• Erfahrung in der Fahrzeugdatenverarbeitung und -analyse
• Sicherer Umgang mit einschlägigen Tools, insbesondere Matlab und Jama
• Unternehmerisches Denken und Gespür für wirtschaftlich relevante Zusammenhänge
• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Stakeholder sicher zu führen
• Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
• Reisebereitschaft von ca. 10 %
