Als Product Owner bist du eine Schlüsselfigur in der operativen Produktentwicklung und arbeitest sehr eng mit einem erfahrenen Product Manager zusammen, den du insbesondere in der Umsetzung, Detailarbeit und Teamsteuerung unterstützt. Du berichtest direkt an die Abteilungsleitung und bist täglich im Austausch mit den Entwicklungsteams.

Deine Aufgaben

• Du verantwortest die operative Umsetzung unserer PBX‑Produkte (Cloud, On‑Prem, Hybrid) entlang der vom Produktmanagement definierten Produktvision.
• Sammeln, Strukturieren und Priorisieren von Anforderungen und die Überführung diese in Epics, User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien.
• Du übernimmst die kontinuierliche Pflege, Strukturierung und Priorisierung des Product Backlogs und stellst sicher, dass Anforderungen hinsichtlich Nutzen, Stabilität und technischer Machbarkeit klar bewertet und umsetzbar vorbereitet sind.
• Sehr enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Entwicklungsteams und der Qualitätssicherung und Sicherstellung einer kontinuierlichen, transparenten Kommunikation.
• Du bereitest Backlog-Refinements, Sprint Plannings, Reviews und Retrospektiven inhaltlich vor und begleitest diese.
• Abnahme von Features und User Stories sowie Priorisierung von Bugs und technische Schulden.
• Du koordinierst operative Themen mit Support, QA, Operations und weiteren Stakeholdern.
• Du entlastest den Product Manager durch die Übernahme operativer Aufgaben und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Entwicklungsfluss im Tagesgeschäft.

Dein Profil

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung (mind. 3 Jahre) als Product Owner, idealerweise im Umfeld von PBX‑, VoIP‑ oder komplexen technischen Softwareprodukten
• Ausgeprägte organisatorische Stärke im operativen Tagesgeschäft
• Routine im Requirements Engineering sowie in der Pflege und Priorisierung von Product Backlogs
• Sicherer Umgang mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban)
• Fähigkeit, als Bindeglied zwischen Entwicklung und Fachbereichen zu agieren und komplexe Sachverhalte klar zu strukturieren
• Solides technisches Verständnis, um Anforderungen realistisch einordnen und kommunizieren zu können
• Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
