Als Product Owner sorgst Du dafür, dass die Kunden unsere KI-gestützten Autorentools lieben!

Aufgaben

Der Kern Deiner Arbeit: KI kontrollierbar und Produkte besser machen!

• Du verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung von KAIA und BUDDY
• Du definierst die Produktstrategie entlang echter Kundenprobleme
• Du priorisierst Features konsequent nach Wirkung
• Du übersetzt Anforderungen in funktionierende Produktlogik
• Du arbeitest eng mit Entwicklung, Design und Vertrieb zusammen
• Du entwickelst und optimierst Prompts als Steuerlogik
• Du baust reproduzierbare KI-Workflows statt einmaliger Experimente
• Du übersetzt unscharfe Anforderungen in präzise Instruktionen
• Du validierst Outputs systematisch: Qualität, Didaktik, Konsistenz

Wir bauen Software anders:

• Ideen werden direkt in funktionierende Prototypen übersetzt
• KI ist integraler Bestandteil der Entwicklung
• Prompting, Code und Produkt greifen ineinander
• Tools wie JetBrains, OpenAI Codex, Abacus und Claude Code stehen allen zur Verfügung

Qualifikation

Das bringst Du mit:

• Erfahrung als Product Owner / Product Manager im SaaS- oder KI-Umfeld
• Erfahrung mit LLMs und Prompting
• Fähigkeit, zwischen „beeindruckend“ und „relevant“ zu unterscheiden
• Technisches Grundverständnis (APIs, Datenflüsse, Systemlogik)
