Aufgaben

• Customer Discovery: Du führst tiefgehende Interviews mit Kunden (Corporate Buyer, Trader) im Bereich Solar- und Windkraft, um deren Schmerzpunkte zu verstehen.
• AI-Native Prototyping: Du nutzt Claude Code (oder vergleichbare KI-Agenten), um funktionale High-Fidelity-Prototypen direkt im Code zu bauen – du erschaffst die funktionale Realität selbst.
• Validierung & Iteration: Du präsentierst deine Code-Prototypen via Screen-Sharing und setzt erhaltenes Kundenfeedback direkt im Anschluss mithilfe von KI um, um den nächsten Iterationsschritt sofort bereitzustellen.
• High-Efficiency Handoff: Du übergibst keine vagen Tickets, sondern funktionalen Code, den unsere Entwicklung zu 90 % direkt übernehmen kann. Damit eliminieren wir langsame Design-Schleifen und kommen schneller an den Markt.
• Strategie: Du verantwortest deine Features als "Mini-CEO" von der ersten Idee bis zur technischen Validierung.

Qualifikation

• Der "Maker"-Spirit: Du hast bereits als PM oder PO gearbeitet und liebst es, Dinge wirklich zu bauen. Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Prompt Engineering und verstehst die Grundstruktur von Web-Frontends (HTML/CSS/JS).
• Analytisches Kraftpaket: Du besitzt eine extrem schnelle Auffassungsgabe und einen scharfen Verstand. Du liebst es, dich in komplexe regulatorische oder technische Themen tief einzuarbeiten und diese zu vereinfachen.
• Branchen-Fokus: Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung im Energiemarkt mit (Solar/Wind, PPA, Trading). Falls nicht: Du hast bereits in anderen hochkomplexen Märkten (z. B. FinTech, MedTech oder Logistik) bewiesen, dass du neue Industrien in Rekordzeit durchdringst.
• Sprachen: Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau (zwingend erforderlich für den Austausch mit deutschen Kunden) sowie Englisch absolut fließend.
• Wohnsitz: Dein aktueller Wohnsitz befindet sich in Deutschland.
