Als Product Manager Ocean (m/w/d) wirst du zum zentralen Motor der Weiterentwicklung unseres Ocean-Produktbereichs und trägst direkt zu unserer Unternehmensstrategie bei.

Aufgaben

Als Product Manager Ocean bist du dafür verantwortlich, unseren Ocean-Bereich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln, Marktchancen zu erkennen und Scope zu einem der führenden Produkte in der Seefrachtlogistik auszubauen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit deinem Product Owner, internen Teams und unseren internationalen Kunden zusammen.

Was du tun wirst

• Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse: Beobachtung globaler Trends in der Seefrachtlogistik, Identifikation von Innovationspotenzialen und Ableitung neuer Produktideen.
• Kontakt zu Stakeholdern & Kunden: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Anwender:innen, Interessenten und internen Teams, um Anforderungen und Use Cases aufzunehmen.
• Konzeption und Spezifikation: Analyse strategisch relevanter Anforderungen, Erstellung fachlicher Spezifikationen und Übergabe an den Product Owner zur Aufnahme in das Product Backlog.
• Repräsentation des Ocean-Produkts nach außen: Durchführung von Kundenworkshops, Produktpräsentationen, Webinaren sowie Terminen mit Kunden und Prospects.
• Fachliche Expertise bereitstellen: Du bist unternehmensweite:r Fachexpert:in für Ocean-Prozesse – sowohl für das Produktteam als auch für Sales, Marketing und Management.

Qualifikation

Was dich qualifiziert

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Seefrachtlogistik, Spedition oder Transportmanagement – idealerweise in Verbindung mit Softwareprodukten
• Sehr gutes Verständnis für typische Ocean-Prozesse wie Booking, Carrier Communication, Shipment Handling, Documentation oder Tracking
• Erfahrung im Product Management oder Business Analysis von Vorteil
• Hohes analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Anforderungen klar zu strukturieren
• Kommunikationsstärke und Freude daran, mit Kunden zu arbeiten und Produkte aktiv zu präsentieren
• Teamgeist, Proaktivität und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
• Deine Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von einer klaren Struktur, Zuverlässigkeit und einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative und Bereitschaft zur Verantwortung.
