Ihre Aufgaben
Verantworten der Weiterentwicklung und strategischen Ausrichtung bestehender Softwareprodukte im Bereich Netzvisualisierung, insbesondere GridVis Expert
Entwickeln und Ausarbeiten von Produktkonzepten, Anforderungen und Lösungsansätzen unter Nutzung moderner digitaler Werkzeuge und datenbasierter Entscheidungsgrundlagen
Planen, Priorisieren und Steuern der Produkt-Roadmap für bestehende Softwarelösungen unter Berücksichtigung von Kundenanforderungen, Produktstrategie und technischer Weiterentwicklung
Übernehmen der Business-Projektleitung für ein Entwicklungsteam, inklusive fachlicher Steuerung, Priorisierung und Abstimmung mit relevanten Stakeholdern
Enges Zusammenarbeiten mit Product Ownern, Entwicklung, Vertrieb, Support und Product Marketing zur erfolgreichen Weiterentwicklung und Positionierung der Softwareprodukte

Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement von Softwarelösungen, idealerweise im industriellen oder energietechnischen Umfeld
Erfahrung mit Netzvisualisierungssoftware, Energiemanagementsoftware oder vergleichbaren komplexen Softwareprodukten, idealerweise mit direktem Bezug zu GridVis Expert
Technisches Verständnis in Elektrotechnik, Netzvisualisierung, Kommunikationsschnittstellen, Messdatenverarbeitung und Netzüberwachung
Erfahrung in der fachlichen Steuerung von Projekten oder Entwicklungsteams, idealerweise als Business-Projektleiter, Product Manager oder in einer vergleichbaren Schnittstellenrolle
Kenntnisse in agiler Softwareentwicklung sowie im Umgang mit Jira, Confluence, Miro und MS Office
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und kommunikationsstarke Arbeitsweise
