Deine Mission

Als Procurement & Sourcing Consultant berätst du Entscheidungsträger:innen im Resources‑Sektor technologisch und organisatorisch. Du gestaltest digitale Beschaffungs‑ und Vergabemodelle, begleitest Transformationsprogramme end‑to‑end und verankerst Nachhaltigkeit in Prozessen und Organisationen.

• Gestalte digitale Beschaffungs‑ und Sourcing‑Lösungen
  Du analysierst bestehende Einkaufs und Vergabeprozesse, konzipierst zukunftsfähige Modelle und entwickelst innovative, digitale Lösungen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette.
• Berate Kund:innen ganzheitlich
  Du begleitest Organisationen im Resources-Sektor von der strategischen Planung über die operative Umsetzung bis hin zur erfolgreichen Einführung.
• Übernimm Verantwortung in Projekten
  Du leitest (Teil)Projektteams, steuerst Stakeholder:innen und stellst die Qualität sowie den nachhaltigen Erfolg der Arbeitsergebnisse sicher.
• Verankere Nachhaltigkeit und gesellschaftlichen Impact
  Du integrierst Nachhaltigkeitsaspekte in Beschaffungs und Entscheidungsprozesse und trägst aktiv dazu bei, Organisationen zukunftsorientiert und verantwortungsvoll aufzustellen.

Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Procurement, Sourcing, Einkauf oder in der Vergabe, idealerweise im Resources‑, Infrastruktur‑ oder Public‑Sector‑Umfeld
• Erfahrung in der Beratung oder in komplexen Projektumfeldern mit mehreren Stakeholder:innen
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Beschaffungs‑, Vergabe‑ und Vertragsprozessen sowie ein gutes Verständnis regulatorischer Rahmenbedingungen
• Analytische und konzeptionelle Stärke sowie die Fähigkeit, strukturierte und umsetzbare Lösungen zu entwickeln
• Sehr gute Deutsch‑ sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
