Procurement & Category Specialist (m/w/d)

in Vollzeit für unsere Hauptzentrale in Baesweiler.

Aufgaben

Operativer Einkauf & Sortimentssteuerung

• Übernimm die Verantwortung für die Sortimentsgestaltung: regelmäßige Analyse, Bewertung und Optimierung unseres Produktportfolios
• Führe den operativen Einkauf durch: Bedarfsermittlung, Lieferantenauswahl, Konditionsverhandlungen und Sicherstellung optimaler Warenverfügbarkeit
• Erstelle fundierte Einkaufsempfehlungen auf Basis von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Trendanalysen

Preis- & Marktsteuerung

• Unterstütze bei der strategischen Preisfindung und setze Preisstrategien operativ um
• Pflege und optimiere die Produktdarstellung auf relevanten Marktplätzen und Preisportalen

Prozessoptimierung & Digitalisierung

• Arbeite eng mit der Entwicklungsabteilung zusammen, um interne Einkaufstools weiterzuentwickeln und zu automatisieren
• Identifiziere Potenziale zur Effizienzsteigerung und setze entsprechende Maßnahmen um

Sortimentspflege & Cross-Selling

• Sorge für konsistente und hochwertige Produktdaten
• Analysiere Sortimente und identifiziere passende Ergänzungsprodukte zur gezielten Erweiterung

Qualifikation

• Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im kaufmännischen Bereich
• Du bringst 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Einkauf mit, idealerweise in einem IT- oder Handelsunternehmen
• Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
• Du überzeugst durch Verhandlungsgeschick, analytisches Denkvermögen und Organisationstalent
• Du arbeitest eigenständig, strukturiert und ergebnisorientiert
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Eine hohe Affinität zu digitalen Prozessen und Automatisierung rundet dein Profil ab
