PRINCIPAL TECHNICAL MANAGER UNDERSEA WARFARE TEST & EVALUATION

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (TQs): Your resume should demonstrate accomplishments that would satisfy the technical qualifications: TQ1. Demonstrated expertise in the application of engineering and science theories to Undersea Warfare Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E). This includes proven leadership in systems engineering and successful direction of diverse Science & Technology (S&T) efforts to identify, develop, and integrate advanced technologies that enhance USW T&E capabilities. TQ2. Proven ability to coordinate and lead diverse technical teams while building and leveraging strategic partnerships across the naval enterprise. This includes fostering collaborative relationships with Navy SYSCOMs, Warfare Centers, Office of Naval Research (ONR), Naval Research Laboratory (NRL), naval shipyards, the Fleet, industry partners, and academia to advance RDT&E practices and USW technology insertion.
