Wie funktioniert das Ganze?

• Ältere Menschen leben häufig in größeren Wohnungen und Häusern und freuen sich über mehr Gesellschaft
• Studierende und junge Berufstätige freuen sich über mehr (bezahlbare) Wohnfläche und mehr soziales (offline-) Miteinander
• Wir bringen beide Gruppen zusammen und kümmern uns um alles, was anfällt - von der Mitbewohner:innensuche über Möblierung, Vertrag, Versicherung bis hin zur Mediation während der Mietzeit

Damit schlagen wir gleich mehrere Fliegen mit einer Klappe: Wir bekämpfen Einsamkeit im Alter, die Altersarmut, fördern ökologisch nachhaltigeres Wohnen und den immer weniger werdenden generationsübergreifenden Austausch und tragen zur Lösung des Wohnraummangels in Metropolen bei.

• Du bist fit in Canva, CapCut, Notion & mehr
• Du hast Interesse an Offline-Marketing (Flyer, Plakate, Veranstaltungen)
• Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und sorgfältig
• Du hast Lust zu lernen, eigene Ideen einzubringen, unsere Marke weiter aufzubauen und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
• Du magst die Kommunikation mit Menschen und kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch
