Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams Marketing & Communications vergeben wir ein Vollzeitpraktikum an der Schnittstelle zwischen Editorial, Media & Online Infrastructure von Juli bis September 2026.

Ergänzt wird unser Produktportfolio unter anderem durch wiederkehrende Musikvideo- und Talk-Formate auf den Musik-Streaming-Diensten bzw. YouTube-Kanälen des Festivals, sowie durch unterjährige Veranstaltungsformate, die künstlerische Perspektiven und Branchenthemen einem breiten Publikum zugänglich machen.

Die RBX GmbH ist ansässig in Hamburg und wird u. a. durch den Bundesbeauftragten für Kultur und Medien gefördert.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung in der Verwaltung und dem Versand von Newslettern und Pressemitteilungen
• Koordination der Texterstellung und Unterstützung bzw. Schnittstelle zu Website/App
• Abstimmung und Betreuung von Übersetzungsprozessen (EN)
• Bildredaktion inkl. Freigabeprozesse
• Erstellung und Auswertung von Presseclippings
• Unterstützung im Akkreditierungsmanagement für Pressevertreter*innen
• Unterstützung und Assistenz im Arbeitsbereich Online Infrastructure
• Absprachen und Austausch zur Festival-Website und Mobile App
• Verwaltung und Pflege der Content Management Systeme
• Assistenz für redaktionelle Inhalte der Websites und Mobile Apps
• Ansprechperson an der Schnittstelle zum Salesteam für Partner*inneneinbindungen

Qualifikation

• Interesse und Leidenschaft an redaktioneller Arbeit
• Microsoft-Office-Kenntnisse, CMS-Kenntnisse und hohe Online-Affinität
• Offenes und kommunikatives Auftreten
• Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
• Organisatorisches Talent und Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation
• Erfahrungen in relevanten Bereichen wie Kulturmanagement,
  Musikwirtschaft, Kommunikation, Social Media und/oder Marketing von
  Vorteil
