• Anforderungen mit internen Stakeholdern (Sales, Marketing) aufnehmen und in Assistenten-Konzepte übersetzen
• Prompts, Systemanweisungen und Workflows in Claude entwickeln und kontinuierlich optimieren

Was solltest Du mitbringen?

• Studium im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang – idealerweise mit Bezug zu digitalen Geschäftsmodellen oder Marketing/Vertrieb
• Verständnis von Prompt Engineering und LLM-Workflows – erste eigene Experimente mit KI-Tools sind ein klares Plus
• Erfahrung mit APIs oder No-Code-/Low-Code-Tools (z.B. Zapier, Make, n8n) von Vorteil
