Bei uns unterstützt Du nicht nur im Recruiting, sondern gestaltest aktiv mit: von der Identifikation passender Kandidat*innen auf LinkedIn über die direkte Ansprache bis hin zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Präsenz auf LinkedIn und anderen Social-Media-Kanälen.

Wir suchen ab sofort studentische Unterstützung für mindestens 6 Monate an unserem Standort in Castrop-Rauxel.

Aufgaben

• Active Sourcing: Identifiziere passende Talente über Plattformen wie LinkedIn, recherchiere relevante Profile und unterstütze uns bei der direkten Ansprache potenzieller Kandidat*innen für unsere offenen Positionen.
• Talentgewinnung: Unterstütze uns beim Ausbau moderner Recruitingkanäle, bringe Ideen für neue Suchstrategien ein und hilf dabei, unseren Talentpool nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln.
• Social Media & Sichtbarkeit: Gestalte unsere Präsenz auf LinkedIn und weiteren Social-Media-Kanälen aktiv mit – durch kreative Inhalte, Beiträge, Einblicke in unseren Arbeitsalltag und Themen rund um unser Unternehmen.
• Employer Branding: Hilf dabei, unsere Arbeitgebermarke weiterzuentwickeln, unsere Karriereseite und Außenwirkung zu schärfen und Redtree als attraktiven Arbeitgeber sichtbar zu machen.
• Ideen & Projekte: Bringe eigene Ideen ein, teste neue Formate und unterstütze uns dabei, unsere Recruiting- und Social-Media-Aktivitäten kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Qualifikation

• Erste praktische Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich (z. B. Praktikum, Werkstudententätigkeit o.Ä.).
• Eingeschriebene Student*in mit Schwerpunkt HR, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Fach
• Kreativität und Social-Media-Affinität: Mit Deinem Talent fürs Texten und Deiner kreativen Ader, willst Du Menschen von Redtree begeistern.
• Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise: Du bist ein Organisationstalent und hast ein Auge fürs Detail.
• Selbständigkeit und lösungsorientiertes Denken: Du gehst aktiv auf Deine Kolleg*innen zu und bringst Dich proaktiv ein.
• Kommunikationsstark: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke.
