Die Rolle

Für unser Team in Berlin suchen wir eine:n PR & Influencer-Marketing Manager:in, die oder der Projekte eigenverantwortlich steuert, Kund:innen souverän betreut und Entertainment-Kommunikation kreativ auf den Punkt bringt.

Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Steuerung von PR- und Influencer-Marketing-Kampagnen für Film-, Streaming- und Entertainment-Projekte.
• Betreuung und Beratung von Kund:innen im Tagesgeschäft sowie Abstimmung mit internen Teams und Partneragenturen.
• Konzeption und Umsetzung klassischer PR-Maßnahmen – von Pressemitteilungen und Interviews bis zu Pressetagen, Screenings, Premieren und Set-Visits.
• Auswahl passender Creator:innen, Briefing von Talents und Managements sowie Begleitung von Kooperationen bis zum Reporting.
• Pflege und Ausbau von Kontakten zu Journalist:innen, Redaktionen, Creator:innen und Managements.
• Koordination von Assets, Freigaben, Timings, Budgets und Abläufen für eine saubere, zuverlässige Umsetzung.
• Aufbereitung von Ergebnissen, Learnings und Reportings sowie Impulse für neue Ideen und Pitches.

Qualifikation

• Ca. 2 bis 4 Jahre relevante Erfahrung in PR (möglichst mit Fokus auf Film) und/oder Influencer-Marketing – idealerweise auf Agenturseite oder im Medien-, Streaming- oder Entertainment-Umfeld.
• Routine in der eigenständigen Steuerung von Projekten und ein sicheres Gespür für kundenorientiertes Arbeiten.
• Stilsicherheit in Text und Kommunikation – von Pressetexten über Mailings bis zu Briefings und Kundenupdates.
• Gute Kenntnis der deutschen Medienlandschaft sowie ein Gespür für relevante Plattformen, Creator:innen und digitale Trends.
• Eine strukturierte, verbindliche Arbeitsweise und den Überblick auch dann, wenn mehrere Projekte parallel laufen.
• Souveräne Kommunikation mit Kund:innen, Medienkontakten, Talents, Managements und externen Partner:innen.
• Bestehende Kontakte in Entertainment-Redaktionen, zu Creator:innen oder Managements.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Routine im Umgang mit Google Workspace und Microsoft Office.
• KI ist für dich kein Zusatz, sondern selbstverständlicher Teil moderner Arbeitsweise: Relevante Tools setzt du im Alltag routiniert und sinnvoll ein.
• Begeisterung für Film, Streaming, Popkultur und kreative Kommunikationsarbeit.
