About This Role

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: All applicants must meet the qualification requirements outlined below to be considered minimally qualified for this position. The qualification requirements are in accordance with the OPM Qualification Standards. GRADE REQUIREMENT: This is NOT a promotion. Applicant MUST currently be at the grade level advertised. AND SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have a minimum of one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility comparable to the next lower grade or comparable pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private sector. For the GS-14: Must currently hold a GS-14 grade level or comparable pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience related to the duties listed in this announcement. For the GS-15: Must currently hold a GS-15 grade level or comparable pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience related to the duties listed in this announcement. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service program (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. This position is located in the Office of Federal Financial Management, Federal Financial Assistance Branch, Office of Management and Budget (OMB),reporting to the Financial Assistance and Real Property Branch Chief. Performing a wide range of policy-related work, technical and administrative support services duties related to the Real Property portfolio.
