Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für unser Recruiting und treiben den strukturierten Aufbau unserer Personalgewinnung aktiv voran.

Ihr Schwerpunkt liegt klar auf der Besetzung gewerblicher und kaufmännischer Positionen. Gleichzeitig wirken Sie an administrativen HR-Prozessen mit, unterstützen auch bei Lohn/Gehaltsabrechnungen und entwickeln unser Onboarding weiter.

    • Verantwortung für den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess für gewerbliche und kaufmännische Positionen
    • Entwicklung und Optimierung zielgerichteter Stellenanzeigen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing im Rahmen unserer Employer-Branding-Strategie
    • Aktive Bewerberansprache sowie Mitwirkung bei der Auswahl geeigneter Recruiting-Kanäle
    • Vorauswahl von Bewerbungen und Durchführung strukturierter Vorstellungsgespräche gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen
    • Begleitung und Weiterentwicklung des Onboarding-Prozesses
    • Einführung und Monitoring relevanter Recruiting-Kennzahlen
    • Verantwortung für die Pflege und strukturierte Führung der digitalen Personalakten einschließlich Arbeitsverträgen, Bescheinigungen und weiterer personalrelevanter Unterlagen
    • Mitwirkung bei arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen sowie Erstellung von HR-Reports für die Geschäftsleitung
    • Unterstützung bei der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung unter Berücksichtigung aller steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Vorgaben
    • Mitarbeit an HR-Projekten und Maßnahmen der Personalentwicklung

Stellenanforderungen

    • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
    • Mehrjährige Erfahrung / Erfolge im Recruiting, idealerweise in der Besetzung gewerblicher und kaufmännischer Positionen
    • Erfahrung in der Strukturierung und Optimierung von Recruiting-Prozessen
    • Analytisches Verständnis für Kennzahlen und Performance-Auswertung
    • Grundkenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht sowie Verständnis für abrechnungsrelevante Themen
    • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, Bewerbermanagementsystemen und digitalen HR-Tools
    • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und diskrete Arbeitsweise mit Präzision
    • Souveränes Auftreten im Austausch mit Führungskräften und Fachbereichen
