Aufgaben

• Ganzheitliche Betreuung im Employee Lifecycle: Sie begleiten unsere Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräfte von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum professionellen Offboarding und stehen ihnen in allen HR-relevanten Fragestellungen als kompetenter Sparringspartner zur Seite.
• Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: Sie steuern den gesamten Such- und Auswahlprozess – vom Erstellen der Anforderungsprofile über das Führen von Interviews bis hin zur Vertragserstellung.
• Onboarding & Integration: Sie konzipieren und betreuen einen Willkommensprozess, der neuen Teammitgliedern einen optimalen und motivierenden Start ermöglicht.
• Mitarbeiterentwicklung & -bindung: Sie begleiten jährliche Feedbackgespräche, identifizieren Weiterbildungsbedarfe und setzen Maßnahmen zur langfristigen Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit um.
• Offboarding: Sie führen strukturierte Exit-Interviews, leiten daraus wertvolle Learnings ab und übernehmen die professionelle administrative Abwicklung (inkl. Zeugniserstellung).
• Gestaltungsspielraum & Prozessoptimierung: Hier ist Ihre Initiative gefragt! Sie hinterfragen bestehende HR-Strukturen kritisch, bringen eigene Ideen ein und optimieren HR-Prozesse aktiv (z. B. durch die Digitalisierung von Abläufen oder neue Ansätze im Employer Branding).
• HR-Projekte: Sie übernehmen eigenverantwortlich Sonderprojekte im Personalbereich und prägen die Unternehmenskultur aktiv mit.

Qualifikation

• Ausbildung & Praxis: Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Personalbereich oder ein passendes Studium absolviert und bringen bereits erste oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als HR Generalist / Personalreferent (m/w/d) mit.
• Erfahrung im Lifecycle: Der gesamte Employee Lifecycle ist Ihnen vertraut – Sie wissen, worauf es vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt eines Mitarbeiters ankommt.
• Basiswissen Arbeitsrecht: Sie bringen ein solides Grundverständnis für die gängigen arbeitsrechtlichen Themen im HR-Alltag mit. Für komplexe Sonderfälle gibt es entsprechenden Support.
• Software & Tools: Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit den MS-Office-Produkten und haben idealerweise schon mit einer modernen HR-Software gearbeitet.
• Persönlichkeit mit Gestaltungsdrang: Sie haben keine Lust auf starre Dienstwege, sondern bringen eine gesunde Portion Pragmatismus und „Hands-on-Mentalität“ mit, um Prozesse einfach mal besser zu machen.
