Aufgaben

Dein Impact

Als Personalreferent bei Actura übernimmst Du abwechslungsreiche Projekte und Interimseinsätze bei unterschiedlichen Organisationen im Gesundheitswesen und unterstützt Führungskräfte in operativen und strategischen Herausforderungen.

Konkret bedeutet das:

Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung aller personalrelevanten und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen

Begleitung sensibler Mitarbeiter- und Führungsthemen

Sicherstellung einer professionellen und dienstleistungsorientierten HR-Betreuung

Steuerung und Umsetzung projektbezogener personeller Maßnahmen

Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen sowie Optimierung und Einführung moderner HR-Strukturen

Qualifikation

Was uns überzeugt

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Jura, (Wirtschafts-) Psychologie oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer generalistischen HR-Funktion oder als Personalreferent

Bereitschaft zu projektbezogenen und befristeten Einsätzen bei Kundenunternehmen

Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Betriebsverfassungsrecht

Strukturierte, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Hands-on-Mentalität

Ausgeprägte Prozessorientierung, Umsetzungsstärke und Dienstleistungsmentalität
