ÜBER UNS:
Seit 2021 konzipieren und entwickeln wir bei Momentum Games interaktive Krimispiele, die unsere Kund:innen in echte Ermittlerrollen versetzen. Mit unserer Marke Crime Cases gehören wir zu den führenden Anbietern im deutschsprachigen Raum und haben bereits über 100.000 Kund:innen begeistert. Wir sind als drei Studenten gestartet und wachsen stetig weiter. Aktuell erweitern wir das Team um eine feste Rolle im Performance Marketing.

Aufgaben

DEINE AUFGABEN:
Du übernimmst die volle Verantwortung für unseren Meta Ad Account und steuerst das gesamte Creative- und Performance-Spielfeld rund um Crime Cases. Konkret heißt das: Du entwickelst Anzeigenkonzepte (insbesondere Reels für Instagram und Facebook), setzt strukturierte Tests auf, wertest die Performance-Kennzahlen aus und reportest die Ergebnisse ans Team. Du steuerst UGC Creator:innen, Agenturen und Cutter:innen, die dir bei der Ad-Produktion zuarbeiten, und sorgst dafür, dass aus guten Ideen performante Anzeigen werden. Du arbeitest eng mit Hannes (Gründer) zusammen und gestaltest die Richtung unseres Paid Social aktiv mit.

Qualifikation

SO BIST DU BEI UNS RICHTIG:

• Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Performance Marketing, idealerweise im E-Commerce
• Du bist sicher im Umgang mit dem Meta Business Manager und Ads Manager
• Du hast ein gutes Auge für Creatives und bringst Grundkenntnisse im Video-Editing mit (z.B. CapCut oder Premiere)
• Du denkst unternehmerisch, arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und triffst gerne eigene Entscheidungen
• Du kannst Performance-Daten lesen, interpretieren und daraus Handlungen ableiten
• Du bist kommunikativ stark und kannst Dienstleister:innen klar briefen und steuern
