Aufgaben

• Du übernimmst die volle Verantwortung für die Performance unserer wichtigsten Portfolio Companies – darunter Brands aus dem Finanz- und Trading-Sektor.
• Du leitest die Kommunikation und das Projektmanagement – sowohl intern als auch mit den Gründer-Teams unserer Portfolio Companies.
• Du konzipierst, erstellst und skalierst Paid-Social-Kampagnen (und idealerweise auch Search-Kampagnen) auf Plattformen wie LinkedIn, Facebook und Google.
• Du erstellst regelmäßige Performance-Reportings, die die relevanten KPIs für deine Accounts abdecken.
• Mit deiner analytischen Stärke kannst du Kampagnendaten präzise auswerten, Budgets optimal steuern und Strategien entwickeln, um den ROI zu maximieren.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung: Du hast bereits Paid Social (und idealerweise auch Search) Kampagnen mit 5- bis 6-stelligen Monatsbudgets erfolgreich geplant, umgesetzt und optimiert.
• Mindset: Growth ist deine DNA – du denkst groß, handelst agil und fühlst dich in der Start-up-Welt zu Hause.
• Leidenschaft: Kampagnen auf Facebook, LinkedIn & Co. sind dein Spielfeld – du brennst dafür, neue Wachstumsrekorde aufzustellen.
• Wachstum: Du willst nicht nur karrieretechnisch, sondern auch persönlich über dich hinauswachsen – und mit einem Team aus A-Playern richtig Gas geben.
