Aufgaben

• Du übernimmst Veranwortung über die Performance deiner Kunden und schaltest Werbekampagnen auf Facebook und Instagram - spezifisch auf das Business-Model des Kunden ausgerichtet.
• Du optimierst auf die individuellen Nordstern-Metriken deiner Kunden.
• Du entwickelst Hypothesen und Testprozesse zur Performance-Verbesserung von Ad-Creatives und teilst die Ergebnisse mit den Kunden und Content-Teams.
• Du fungierst als Ansprechpartner für die von dir betreuten Marken.
• Du kümmerst dich um die Auswertung von Kampagnen, Erstellung von Reportings und Erarbeitung von Optimierungspotenzial On-/Off-Werbeplattform.
• Du skalierst deine AdAccounts auf hohe 4 bis 5-stellige Tagesbudgets
• Künstliche Intelligenz wird von dir clever eingesetzt, um komplexe Aufgaben aufzuschlüsseln und Lösungsansätze zu finden.

Qualifikation

• Du hast einen Track-Record im Zusammenhang mit Paid Social Kampagnen vorzuweisen.
• Du betreust deine Kunden mit einer offenen, kommunikativen & freundlichen Art.
• Deine Arbeitsprozesse basieren auf einer analytischen Herangehensweise geparrt mit einem guten technischen Verständnis und Zahlenaffinität.
• "AI-first approach" und Prompting-Kenntnisse: Künstliche Intelligenz wird von dir als einer der zentralen Treiber für deine Arbeit eingesetzt.
• Du informierst dich regelmäßig und proaktiv über die neusten Trends und Entwicklungen im Bereich Social Paid Ads.
