Über die Rolle:

Wir suchen eine kreative Person, die unsere Creative Pipeline verantwortet und neue Wege findet, die Geschichte von Moruga in unseren Werbeanzeigen zu erzählen.

In dieser Rolle entwickelst du storygetriebene Konzepte für Social Media Ads und Content Formate, die Menschen wirklich anschauen wollen – von kurzen Hook-basierten Creatives bis hin zu edukativen Formaten im Stil kleiner Education-Stories.

Du denkst Storytelling first, verstehst aber gleichzeitig, welche Mechaniken Creatives im Performance Marketing erfolgreich machen.

Deine Aufgabe ist es, sicherzustellen, dass jede Woche neue, hochwertige Creatives (Video & Static) entstehen, getestet werden und unsere Paid-Social-Kanäle kontinuierlich mit frischem Content versorgt werden.

Du arbeitest dabei eng mit unserem Media Buyer, Marketing Lead, Cutting Agentur und Gründer zusammen und bist zentral dafür verantwortlich, dass unsere Ads nicht nur performen – sondern auch kreativ herausstechen.

Aufgaben

Entwicklung von Creative Konzepten für Werbeanzeigen:

Du entwickelst neue Ideen, Storylines und Formate für Social-Media-Creatives.

Dazu gehören zum Beispiel:

• Story-basierte Ads
• Education-Formate rund um Kakao
• Experiment- oder Demonstrationsvideos
• POV-Formate
• Social-native Storytelling
• neue Hook-Mechaniken für Ads
• uvm.

Aufbau und Steuerung der Creative Pipeline:

Du sorgst dafür, dass jede Woche neue Creatives entstehen, die getestet werden können.

Dazu entwickelst du:

• neue Hooks
• neue Story-Angles
• Variationen bestehender Creatives
• neue Content-Formate

Ziel ist eine kontinuierliche Pipeline aus neuen Ideen und Iterationen.

Du übersetzt kreative Ideen in klare Briefings für:

• UGC Creator
• Video Editor / Cutting Agencies
• Designer
• Content Producer
• Unseren Gründer Jonas

Dabei definierst du unter anderem:

• Storystruktur
• Shots und B-Roll
• visuelle Elemente
• Sounddesign und Effekte
• Schnittstil
• Hooks und Call-to-Actions

Analyse und Iteration von Creatives:

Gemeinsam mit dem Media Buyer analysierst du regelmäßig die Performance von Creatives.

Du stellst Fragen wie:

• Warum funktioniert dieses Video?
• Welche Hooks performen besonders gut?
• Welche Storytelling-Muster funktionieren?
• Wie können wir erfolgreiche Creatives weiterentwickeln?

Auf Basis dieser Insights entwickelst du neue Iterationen.

Content- und Trendanalyse:

Du beobachtest kontinuierlich Social Media, um neue Content-Formate und Storytelling-Mechaniken zu entdecken.

Du erkennst früh:

• neue Content-Trends
• virale Hooks
• neue Videoformate

und adaptierst diese kreativ für unsere Marke.

Qualifikation

Wir suchen eine Person mit starkem kreativen Instinkt und einem Gespür für gutes Storytelling.

Idealerweise bringst du:

• Erfahrung im Social Media oder Performance Content
• ein gutes Verständnis für Paid Social
• ein starkes Gefühl für Storytelling, Hooks und Dramaturgie
• Erfahrung mit Video-Content und Creative Productiondie Fähigkeit, Ideen in klare Briefings zu übersetzen
• Du denkst in Storys und Formaten, die Menschen wirklich anschauen möchten.
