Wir suchen keine klassische Filialleitung, sondern eine unternehmerisch denkende Macherpersönlichkeit, die Wachstumsprojekte erkennt, plant und ganzheitlich umsetzt – über alle Standorte, den Einkauf und unseren Online-Shop hinweg.

Du verantwortest dabei den kaufmännischen Teil. Alle pharmazeutischen Fragen werden in enger Abstimmung mit unseren Chef-Pharmazeuten entschieden – eine eigene pharmazeutische Ausbildung brauchst du dafür nicht.

Aufgaben

Projekte erkennen & ganzheitlich umsetzen

• Wachstums- und Optimierungspotenziale eigenständig erkennen, bewerten und priorisieren
• Projekte von der Idee bis zum Abschluss steuern – inkl. Aufwand, Genehmigungen, Personalbedarf und Zeitplan
• Beispiel: zusätzlicher Umsatz durch Kurierlieferungen ab 19 Uhr – von der Checkliste (Personal, Genehmigungen, Abläufe) über die Abstimmung bis zur kompletten Umsetzung
• Genehmigungen und Anträge bei Behörden und Kammern vorbereiten oder durch Dienstleister steuern

Strategie, Sortiment & Einkauf

• Trends erkennen und neue Rezepturen bzw. Angebote ableiten und einführen
• Optimierung des Einkaufs sowie Führen von Lieferanten- und Konditionsverhandlungen
• Strategische Entscheidungen für den Online-Shop (Sortiment, Wachstum, Prozesse)

Steuerung, Budget & Team

• Budgetierung, Planung und betriebswirtschaftliche Steuerung der Projekte
• Aufgabenverteilung sowie Koordination und Motivation der beteiligten Teams
• Prüfung der Buchhaltung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen

Qualifikation

• Unternehmerisches Denken, Hands-on-Mentalität und die Fähigkeit, Projekte wirklich abzuschließen
• Erfahrung in Projektmanagement, Business Development oder einer ähnlichen gestaltenden Rolle
• Eine pharmazeutische Ausbildung ist nicht erforderlich – du verantwortest den kaufmännischen Teil, pharmazeutische Themen klärst du in Abstimmung mit unseren Chef-Pharmazeuten
• Verhandlungsgeschick im Einkauf sowie ein gutes Gespür für Trends und Zahlen
• Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Teams mitzunehmen
• Sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen, Office- und gängigen digitalen Tools
