Aufgaben

• Du fängst die Gedanken des Founders auf, strukturierst sie und machst daraus klare nächste Schritte
• Du bringst Struktur in laufende Projekte – von der TÜV-Personenzertifizierung über Kompass-Schulungen bis hin zu neuen Kursformaten
• Du steigst ins Testing neuer Tools und Apps ein – verstehst was wir aufbauen und gibst strukturiertes Feedback, damit wir schneller vorankommen
• Du unterstützt im Marketing- und Sales-Umfeld: Content-Plan, Unterlagen vorbereiten, CRM pflegen, Termine koordinieren
• Du organisierst Webinare und Newsletter, koordinierst Beteiligte und sorgst dafür, dass nichts untergeht
• Du unterstützt perspektivisch beim Hiring und der Einarbeitung neuer Teammitglieder
• Du behältst den Überblick – auch wenn gleichzeitig viel läuft

Qualifikation

• Du willst wachsen – fachlich, persönlich, mit dem Team
• Du bist neugierig, denkst mit und fuchst dich schnell in neue Themen rein
• Du kennst Tools wie Miro, Notion oder ähnliche – oder lernst sie in kürzester Zeit
• KI-Tools sind für dich kein Fremdwort – du nutzt, was Arbeit smarter macht
• Du arbeitest selbstständig, setzt Prioritäten und weißt wann Fokus wichtiger ist als Vollständigkeit
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Startup-, Agentur- oder Beratungsumfeld ist ein Plus
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
