Für die laufende Betreuung suchen wir redaktionelle Unterstützung auf Minijob-Basis. Die Rolle ist nah an den Kund:innen, inhaltlich anspruchsvoll und eigenverantwortlich angelegt. Es geht nicht um reine Content-Produktion, sondern um saubere redaktionelle Arbeit: Themen schärfen, Aussagen strukturieren und Auftritte konsistent entwickeln.

Du arbeitest direkt mit Kund:innen, bereitest Inhalte vor, überarbeitest Entwürfe und hältst den redaktionellen Prozess sauber am Laufen. Unsere Kunden sind anspruchsvoll, aber das sind wir auch. Aufgaben

• Direkter Austausch und laufende Betreuung von Kund:innen
• Gemeinsames Erarbeiten von USP und Personal Brand der Kund:innen
• Entwicklung und Strukturierung von Themen für LinkedIn
• Vorbereitung von Inhalten und Briefings für das Redaktionsteam
• Überarbeitung und Feinschliff von Redaktionsentwürfen (inhaltlich und sprachlich)
• Monatliche Kuration und Planung neuer Beiträge
• Optimierung von LinkedIn-Profilen und Gesamtauftritten
• Pflege und Nutzung eines internen Dashboards
• Sicherstellung klarer Abläufe und termingerechter Umsetzung

Qualifikation

• Hintergrund in Redaktion, Journalismus, Medien oder vergleichbar
• Erfahrung mit redaktioneller Arbeit und strukturiertem Umgang mit Inhalten
• Sicherer Umgang mit LinkedIn und Verständnis für Personal Branding
• Fähigkeit, Inhalte zu strukturieren, zu schärfen und zu bewerten
• Souverän im direkten Austausch mit Kund:innen
• Eigenständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Idealerweise Erfahrung im Agenturumfeld
• Plus: Interesse oder Kenntnisse in (Medien-/Wirtschafts-)Psychologie oder Kommunikation
