Einen kreativen Macher zur Verstärkung unseres Teams! Als Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d) sorgst du für die optimale Positionierung unserer Marke im digitalen Raum.

Aufgaben

• Dein Hauptfokus liegt auf der perfekten Online-Präsentation unseres Sortiments: Du stellst unsere Produkte online und sorgst mit ansprechenden Bildern, überzeugenden Texten und detaillierten technischen Informationen für einen optimalen Auftritt.
• Durch cleveres E-Mail-Marketing baust du eine Brücke zu unseren potenziellen Kunden und stärkst die langfristige Bindung an unsere Marke
• Du verantwortest unseren Webauftritt inklusive SEO-Optimierung und machst den Kauf unserer Produkte zu einem echten Shoppingerlebnis
• Du steuerst gezielte Maßnahmen im Affiliate-Marketing und Social Media, um die Marke Home Deluxe nachhaltig sichtbar zu machen
• Das Monitoring von Kampagnen sowie das KPI-Controlling mittels Tools wie Google Analytics und Data Studio gehören für dich zum Standard, um unsere Performance stetig zu steigern

Qualifikation

• Du hast ein Studium oder eine Ausbildung mit Marketing-Schwerpunkt abgeschlossen und bringst idealerweise bereits Berufserfahrung aus dem Online-Umfeld mit
• Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Affinität zu Statistiken und Zahlen und MS Office - insbesondere Excel - beherrschst du sicher
• Du arbeitest dich schnell in neue Software ein, sei es ein Warenwirtschaftssystem, ein Ticketsystem oder Web-Analytics-Tools
• Du denkst lösungsorientiert, arbeitest strukturiert und behältst auch in stressigen Momenten deine kreative Ruhe
• Mit dir kann sich unser Team auf eine verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit freuen, die Lust hat, sich stetig weiterzuentwickeln und marketingtechnisch immer am Puls der Zeit bleibt
