Aufgaben

• Bearbeitung und Entscheidung von Kundenreklamationen inklusive Erstellung, Steuerung und Nachverfolgung von 8D‑Berichten
• Koordination, Umsetzung und nachhaltige Verfolgung von Abstellmaßnahmen in enger Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen
• Planung und Koordination von Serviceeinsätzen, Reparaturen sowie Ersatzlieferungen
• Proaktive Kundenkommunikation bei qualitätsrelevanten Ereignissen
• Begleitung von Kundenaudits
• Erhebung, Analyse und Reporting relevanter Qualitätskennzahlen
• Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Qualitätsprozessen und ‑standards

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker/Meister, ein technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement oder Reklamationsumfeld wünschenswert
• Kenntnisse im Bereich Hydraulik oder im Maschinenbau von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP von Vorteil
• Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Sehr gute Kommunikations‑ und Entscheidungsfähigkeit
• Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Team- und Konfliktfähigkeit
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
