🎯 Deine Rolle

Als Junior Media Buyer bist du von Anfang an operativ im Kampagnenmanagement eingebunden und entwickelst dich perspektivisch zum Senior Media Buyer.

Du übernimmst Verantwortung für eigene Kampagnen, optimierst diese kontinuierlich und arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Media Buyern, Tech und Creative zusammen.

Aufgaben

• Steuerung und Optimierung von Kampagnen auf mindestens einer Plattform: Meta Ads, Google Ads, Taboola / Outbrain
• Analyse von Kampagnen-Performance (ROAS, CPA, CPL etc.)
• Identifikation von Skalierungspotenzialen und Umsetzung
• Turnaround von schlecht performenden Kampagnen
• Erstellung, Testing und Upload von Creatives
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit: Creative-Team (Hooks, Advertorials, LPs), Tech-Team (Tracking, Pixel, S2S)
• Unterstützung bei Tracking-Setups (Pixel, Events, S2S)
• Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung von Kampagnen und Budgets

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung im Performance Marketing auf mindestens einer Plattform
• Aktive Betreuung von Kampagnen mit relevantem Budget
  (Richtwert: ~1 Mio. € Ad Spend Erfahrung – weniger möglich, wenn starkes Skillset vorhanden)
• Nachweisbare Erfolge: Kampagnen optimiert oder gedreht (Turnaround), Skalierung von Kampagnen
• Tiefes Verständnis für Zahlen, KPIs und datengetriebenes Arbeiten
• Erfahrung mit Creatives (Erstellung/Testing/Upload)
• Grundverständnis Tracking: Pixel, Events, S2S (Server-to-Server), grundsätzlich Tracking Technologien
• Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähigkeit
