Vom Firmensitz in 91341 Röttenbach aus übernehmen wir Montage und Wartung; beim Kunden installieren wir neue Systeme, sichern die Produktion durch Serviceeinsätze und führen Schulungen durch. In unserem kleinen, fokussierten Team dreht sich alles um den perfekten Grillspieß – mit Leidenschaft, Präzision und Pragmatismus.

Aufgaben

✔ Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von SPS-Systemen, Sensorik, Aktuatoren und Antriebselementen

✔ Montage von Baugruppen nach technischen Zeichnungen

✔ Weltweite Serviceeinsätze und Wartungen beim Kunden vor Ort (ca. 25 %, saisonal) inkl. Dokumentation

✔ Fehlersuche und Störungsbeseitigung – remote und vor Ort beim Kunden

✔ Unterstützung Qualitätskontrolle im Ersatzteillager sowie Verladung und Verpackung von Baugruppen und Anlagen

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Mechatronik oder Elektrotechnik; alternativ Industriemechaniker mit Zusatzqualifikation EFKffT
• Grundkenntnisse in SPS Technik und Programmierung von Vorteil (z. B. Beckhoff TwinCAT 3)
• Grundlagen der Metallbearbeitung
• Weiterführende Kenntnisse in Automatisierungstechnik, Prozessautomatisierung, elektrische Antriebstechnik Handhabungstechnik, Wartung, Reparatur, Instandhaltung wünschenswert
• idealerweise Erfahrung mit CAD (Autodesk Inventor 24)
• Englischkenntnisse für den Kundeneinsatz (weltweite Inbetriebnahmen & Kundensupport)
• PKW-Führerschein sowie flexible, saisonale Reisebereitschaft (ca. 25 %)
• Arbeitsweise: selbstständig, qualitätsbewusst, teamorientiert und zuverlässig
