Wir bei eviit und x-plore offroad lieben Herausforderungen. Unser neuestes Projekt steht auf vier massiven Reifen: Ein 1985er Renault M150 4x4 Allrad-Lkw. Technisch topfit, aber optisch braucht er etwas Liebe – und vor allem ein technologisches Upgrade. Unser Ziel? Den analogen Oldie in ein spektakuläres Werbefahrzeug zu verwandeln und mit modernster Hardware sowie autonomen Retrofit-Systemen auszustatten.

Aufgaben

Du begleitest das Lkw-Projekt von der nackten Fahrgestell-Basis bis zum rollenden Tech-Demo-Fahrzeug. Deine Aufgaben teilen sich in zwei spannende Bereiche:

1. Das analoge Fundament (Hardware & Optik)

• Kosmetisches Treatment: Du verpasst dem Fahrerhaus und dem Rahmen den nötigen optischen Feinschliff (Aufbereitung, Entrosten, Lackvorbereitung).
• Der Aufbau: Du planst und baust gemeinsam mit uns eine maßgeschneiderte Plattform oder einen coolen Custom-Aufbau, der perfekt zu x-plore offroad passt.
• Klassische Mechanik: Du montierst Halterungen, verlegst Leitungen und sorgst dafür, dass die Basis absolut robust ist.

2. Das digitale Gehirn (Future Tech & Retrofitting)

• Drive-by-Wire: Du unterstützt uns dabei, den mechanischen Lkw fit für das 21. Jahrhundert zu machen (Integration von Aktuatoren für Lenkung, Gas und Druckluftbremse).
• Sensoren-Integration: Du hilfst bei der mechanischen und elektrischen Integration von LiDAR-Sensoren, Kameras und Computing-Hardware für autonome Fahrsysteme.

Qualifikation

Hands-on-Mentalität: Du hast keine Angst vor Ölfingern, Schweißperlen und dem Geruch von Werkstatt.

Hintergrund: Du studierst Mechatronik, Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik oder hast eine Ausbildung im Kfz-/Nutzfahrzeugbereich bzw. bist ein extrem versierter Hobby-Schrauber.

Werkzeug-Skills: Idealerweise kannst du mit Flex, Schweißgerät und Multimeter umgehen.

Mindset: Dich begeistert die Schnittstelle zwischen robuster Oldschool-Mechanik und moderner Sensorik/Software.
