Im Auftrag unseres Partnerunternehmens im Münchner Norden suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als „Materialdisponent / Logistik-Koordinator (m/w/d)“.

Aufgaben

• Als Materialdisponent / Logistik-Koordinator (m/w/d) verantworten Sie die Bestandsführung sowie die termingerechte Abwicklung aller Fertigungs- und Versandaufträge
• Dabei koordinieren Sie die Abläufe zwischen Intralogistik, Auftragsplanung, Materialsteuerung, Produktion, Lager, Versand und den angrenzenden Fachabteilungen
• Sie organisieren und überwachen Lagerthemen wie Inventuren, Priorisierungen, Klärungen und Abstimmungen mit dem Controlling
• Zudem prüfen Sie Versandaufträge im Lagerverwaltungssystem auf Vollständigkeit, bearbeiten Reklamationen sowie Fehlteile, klären Bestandsdifferenzen und übernehmen die Verwaltung von Artikeln mit Verfallsdatum
• Weiterhin erstellen Sie Bestellanforderungen in SAP, prüfen Rechnungen, unterstützen bei Systemfragen und übernehmen Aufgaben der Stammdatenpflege

Qualifikation

• Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d), Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik (m/w/d), Logistikkoordinator (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit
• Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung als Materialdisponent (m/w/d), Logistik-Koordinator (m/w/d) oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
• Sie verfügen über sehr gute ERP-Kenntnisse, idealerweise in SAP R/3 und sind sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen
• Sie arbeiten strukturiert, verantwortungsbewusst und haben ein hohes Maß an Genauigkeit bei der Bearbeitung von Aufträgen und Beständen
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse zeichnen Sie aus
