• Marketplace Business: Du verantwortest Umsatz, Profitabilität und Wachstum unserer Marktplätze und entwickelst das Business auf Plattformen wie Zalando, About You, Otto und Amazon konsequent weiter.
• Scale the Business: Du identifizierst neue Marktplatz- und Wachstumspotenziale, entwickelst Business Cases und treibst die Internationalisierung sowie Skalierung unserer Marktplatzaktivitäten aktiv voran.
• Own the Marketplace Performance: Du analysierst KPIs, Verkaufsdaten und Markttrends, leitest Maßnahmen ab und steuerst Retourenquoten, Marketingkosten und Performance mit klarem Fokus auf Ergebnisverbesserung.
• Content, Pricing & Visibility: Du optimierst Produktlistings hinsichtlich Content, Keywords und Pricing und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Produkte auf allen relevanten Marktplätzen sichtbar, relevant und begehrlich präsentiert werden.
• Build & Launch: Du übernimmst das Projektmanagement bei der Anbindung neuer Marktplätze und sorgst für eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung – von der Planung bis zum Go-live.
• Campaigns with Impact: Du planst und steuerst Promotions, Kampagnen und Paid Ads auf den Marktplätzen und setzt gezielte Impulse für Reichweite, Abverkauf und Wachstum.
• Strong Partnerships: Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing, Merchandising und Logistik zusammen und stellst sicher, dass operative Prozesse reibungslos funktionieren und Wachstum erfolgreich umgesetzt wird.
