• Kleiser Medical (B2B)
  entwickelt und vertreibt hochwertige Verbrauchsmaterialien sowie Hygiene- und Desinfektionslösungen für u.a. den medizinischen und dentalen Bereich.
• cleseBIOSCIENCE (B2C)
  steht für moderne phagenbasierte Hautpflege und Forschung in Bereichen wie Akne und Neurodermitis. Wir entwickeln wissenschaftlich fundierte Produkte an der Schnittstelle von Biotechnologie, Hautgesundheit und Consumer Healthcare.
• PhageP (B2B & B2C)
  fokussiert sich auf individuelle phagenbasierte Therapieansätze und arbeitet eng mit Ärzt:innen, Laboren und Patient:innen zusammen, um neue Wege im Umgang mit komplexen bakteriellen Infektionen zu ermöglichen.

Aufgaben

Bei uns arbeitest du nicht nur an einzelnen Marketingmaßnahmen, sondern bist dafür verantwortlich, drei unterschiedliche Marken sichtbar, verständlich und professionell weiterzuentwickeln.

Die Rolle verbindet kreative, strategische und technische Bereiche des modernen Marketings. Je nach Erfahrung und Interesse kannst du dabei eigene Schwerpunkte setzen – zum Beispiel im Bereich:

• Brand & Content
• Social Media & Kampagnen
• Webseiten & digitale Plattformen
• SEO / GEO & Sichtbarkeit
• Tracking, Analytics & Performance
• Schnittstellenmanagement & digitale Prozesse

Markenaufbau & Strategie

• Weiterentwicklung und Positionierung unserer Marken
• Aufbau von Bekanntheit, Vertrauen und Wiedererkennbarkeit
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien
• Unterstützung beim Aufbau neuer Zielgruppen und Märkte
• Übersetzung von Unternehmenszielen in konkrete Marketingmaßnahmen

Content & Kommunikation

• Erstellung von Inhalten für Webseiten, Social Media, Newsletter und Präsentationen
• Entwicklung kreativer Kampagnen und Kommunikationsideen
• Mitgestaltung von Storytelling, Branding und visueller Markenführung
• Unterstützung bei Werbemitteln, Produktkommunikation und Kampagnenmaterialien

Digital & Growth

• Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Webseiten und Landingpages
• Unterstützung bei SEO/GEO und Sichtbarkeitsaufbau
• Optimierung digitaler Nutzererlebnisse und Marketingprozesse
• Unterstützung bei Tracking, Analytics und Performance-Auswertungen
• Mitwirkung an Automatisierungen und digitalen Workflows

Analyse & Optimierung

• Auswertung von Kampagnen und Marketingmaßnahmen
• KPI-Tracking und datenbasierte Optimierung
• Identifikation neuer Wachstums- und Sichtbarkeitspotenziale

Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Marketing-, Brand-, Content- oder Digitalbereich
• Interesse an Markenaufbau, digitalen Technologien und modernen Marketingtools
• Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Kreativität und/oder technisches Verständnis
• Erfahrung mit Webseiten, CMS-Systemen oder digitalen Plattformen von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse in SEO, GEO, Analytics oder Performance-Marketing sind ein Plus
