Aufgaben

Das machst du bei uns

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung kreativer Marketingstrategien zur Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit von STARTPLATZ AI HUB.
• Planung und Durchführung von Social-Media-Kampagnen auf Plattformen wie LinkedIn, Instagram und Facebook.
• Organisation und Promotion von Events und Workshops, um das Netzwerk von STARTPLATZ zu erweitern.
• Erstellung von Content für unsere Website und unseren Blog, um unsere Zielgruppe zu informieren und zu inspirieren.
• Analyse der Marketingaktivitäten und Erstellung von Berichten zur Optimierung zukünftiger Kampagnen.Wir freuen uns darauf, gemeinsam mit dir neue Wege im Marketing zu beschreiten!

Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit

• KI, Automatisierungen und Code / Claude Code macht dir keine Angst
• Du bist motiviert, wissbegierig und besitzt die nötigen Skills? Dann wollen wir dich kennenlernen! Idealerweise verfügst du zudem über einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Marketing, Business Administration oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
• Du bist ein Projektmanagement-Talent, das mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig managen und selbständig arbeiten kann.
• Du hast Berufserfahrung im Marketing, Brand Management oder digitalen Medien.
• Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Social Media, Content Creation und Eventmanagement.
• Du bist ein Teamplayer und kannst sowohl selbständig arbeiten als auch Eigeninitiative zeigen.
• Du bist sprachlich versiert und verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Du brennst für Künstliche Intelligenz und Innovation: Dein Interesse an Künstlicher Intelligenz, Innovation und digitalen Themen ist spürbar und du möchtest aktiv zur dynamischen Welt der künstlichen Intelligenz beitragen.
• Du bist kreativ und hast die Fähigkeit, innovative und kreative Marketingkampagnen zu entwickeln, die unsere Zielgruppe ansprechen und unsere Brand Identity stärken.
• Du besitzt analytische Fähigkeiten, die dir dabei helfen, Daten zu interpretieren und daraus schlüssige Marketingstrategien zu entwickeln.
