Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben an Deck:

• Du betreust und verantwortest Online- sowie Offline-Marketingbereiche, -kampagnen und Projekte für Endkunden sowie Therapeuten und Apotheken
• Du optimierst unsere Kundenbindungsmaßnahmen über verschiedene Kanäle hinweg, sei es durch postalische Direkt Marketing Maßnahmen, dem Kauferlebnis auf der Website, dem versendeten Paket oder vor Ort in der Beratung
• Ob Online oder Offline: Contenterstellung und Kampagnensteuerung lassen dein Herz höherschlagen und sind deine Stärke
• Deine kreativen Ideen, setzt du mit viel Energie und Leidenschaft gern direkt selbst, im Marketing-Team oder gemeinsam mit dem Grafik-Team in die Tat um.
• Du fühlst dich im klassischen Online- und Offline-Marketing zu Hause, bist aber auch offen und neugierig, neue Bereiche kennenzulernen und auszuprobieren.
• Du bist ein Teil des Marketing-Teams und agierst hier auch themen- und projektübergreifend.

Qualifikation

Das erwarten wir von dir:

• Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Online- und Offline-Marketing
• Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, BWL-Marketing oder einem vergleichbaren Gebiet oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und entsprechende Berufserfahrung
• Du verfügst über starke Fähigkeiten im Projektmanagement und der Organisation von Marketingprojekten, willst Verantwortung übernehmen und bist ein absoluter Teamplayer
• Du hast gute Textkompetenz und ein feines Gespür für Grafiken und Layout
• Du blickst gerne über den Tellerrand, bringst eigene Ideen ein und arbeitest lösungs- und zielorientiert
• Du hast eine proaktive, zuverlässige, gewissenhafte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Macher-Mentalität
