Deine Mission

Du treibst die Skalierung von reybex Cloud ERP voran – durch starke Markenpräsenz, gezielte Kampagnen und eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Channel- und Partnerteam. Du verstehst, dass Marketing nicht nur Reichweite erzeugt, sondern direkt auf Wachstum einzahlt.

Aufgaben

Das bewegst du bei uns

• Brand Awareness & Positionierung – Du schärfst die Marke reybex, machst sie in der Zielgruppe unübersehbar und sorgst dafür, dass reybex als führendes Cloud-ERP wahrgenommen wird
• Channel- & Partner-Marketing – Du entwickelst Marketingstrategien, die unsere Partner befähigen, reybex erfolgreich zu vermarkten – mit Co-Marketing-Aktivitäten, Kampagnenpaketen und skalierbaren Materialien
• Demand Generation – Du planst und steuerst Maßnahmen, die Nachfrage erzeugen: Content, Events, SEO/SEA, Social Media, E-Mail-Marketing und mehr
• Go-to-Market – Du arbeitest eng mit Vertrieb und Channel zusammen, um neue Märkte und Segmente gezielt zu erschließen
• Performance & Skalierung – Du denkst in Systemen: Prozesse, Templates und Kampagnenstrukturen, die mit uns mitwachsen

Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Marketing, idealerweise im SaaS- oder ERP-Umfeld
• Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Markenpositionierung und im Performance-Marketing
• Erfahrung im Channel- oder Partner-Marketing von Vorteil
• Hands-on-Mentalität – du weißt, wie man Dinge schnell umsetzt, ohne Qualität zu opfern
• Sicherer Umgang mit KI-Tools und die Fähigkeit, diese gewinnbringend im Marketing einzusetzen
• Analytisches Denken kombiniert mit kreativem Drive
• Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch
