Unser innovativer Ansatz ermöglicht es Immobilienbesitzern, ihre Wohnimmobilien schnell und unkompliziert zu modernisieren. Unser erfahrenes Team aus Architekten, Bauleitern und zertifizierten Handwerkern sorgt für exzellente Renovierungsergebnisse. Unterstützt wird unser Prozess durch eine eigens entwickelte Software, die eine präzise Planung sowie eine nahtlose Koordination aller Beteiligten ermöglicht.

Um unser Wachstum weiter voranzutreiben, suchen wir ab sofort einen Marketing Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit für unsere Projekte in Hamburg.

Aufgaben

• Du entwickelst und planst verschiedenste Marketing Aktivitäten, egal ob offline oder online auf Plattformen wie Instagram, LinkedIn und TikTok.
• Du erstellst Content-Pläne und verantwortest die operative Umsetzung - von der Idee bis zum finalen Posting und einem (kleinen) Reporting.
• Du koordinierst die Erstellung diverser Assets (digital & print), sowie Contentproduktionen gemeinsam mit unseren Partnern und Kund:innen.
• Du analysierst die Performance unserer Kampagnen und Postings und leitest daraus Optimierungspotenziale ab.
• Du steuerst off- & online Marketing Kampagnen und entwickelst kreative Kommunikationskonzepte.
• Du arbeitest dabei eng mit unseren gesamten Team zusammen, um in allen Bereichen eine konsistente Markenkommunikation sicherzustellen.

Qualifikation

• Du hast min. 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Marketing Manager, idealerweise auf Agentur- oder Brandseite.
• Du kennst und bedienst die gängigen Social-Media-Plattformen und Tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.) im Schlaf.
• Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Trends, Storytelling und Ästhetik, egal ob bei Interior Design, Baustellen-Reels oder Handwerker-Content.
• Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert, bist kommunikativ und hast Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und zu wachsen.
• Im besten Fall bringst Du gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse in Canva, den Adobe Programmen oder vergleichbaren Tools mit.
