Aufgaben

Was Deine Aufgabe Reizvoll Macht

• Du unterstützt bei Stellenanzeigen, im On- und Offboarding sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Du planst und setzt interne Kommunikationsmaßnahmen und Mitarbeiterformate um (z. B. wöchentliche News, Events oder Umfragen)
• Du erstellst und pflegst Content für unsere Website, Social Media und Pressearbeit
• Du arbeitest aktiv an unserem Website-Relaunch mit und unterstützt im Anschluss bei der laufenden Pflege und Weiterentwicklung (auch im SEO- und GEO-Bereich)
• Du unterstützt bei der Abstimmung mit externen Partnern und Dienstleistern
• Du unterstützt bei organisatorischen Themen sowie internen Reportings
• Du sorgst dafür, dass das operative Tagesgeschäft zuverlässig läuft und behältst den Überblick über laufende Themen

Qualifikation

Dein Erfahrungsschatz

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. im Bereich Marketingkommunikation) oder ein Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien o. Ä.
• Du hast erste praktische Erfahrungen im Marketing gesammelt
• Du arbeitest strukturiert, organisiert und gehst Aufgaben eigenständig an
• Du bist kommunikativ, offen und arbeitest gerne im Austausch mit anderen
• Du hast ein gutes Sprachgefühl und kannst Inhalte zielgruppengerecht im B2B-Umfeld formulieren
• Erste Erfahrungen mit Canva oder der Adobe Creative Cloud sowie mit Website-Baukästen oder CMS sind von Vorteil
• Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse sowie einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office
