Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes (1) Developing theater-wide medical logistics strategies to identify gaps, ensuring readiness and health services support during contingency and crisis operations; (2) Analyzing medical logistical data to identify trends and forecast supply requirements to provide recommendations for resource allocation; AND (3) Integrating medical logistics planning into health service support strategies to ensure seamless care delivery during joint operational plans. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12). About the Position: Serve as a US European Command (EUCOM) Joint Medical Planner and Senior Medical Logistics subject-matter expert (SME) within the Command Surgeon's Office. Provide guidance, direction, and advice to operational elements specifically related to Health Service Support (HSS) planning.
