Der Kunde sucht einen erfahrenen Berater (m/w/d) zur konzeptionellen Unterstützung eines Projekts mit dem Schwerpunkt der Entwicklung eines SideCar-Ansatzes für die Migration sowie den bidirektionalen Datenaustausch zwischen Altsystemen und einem neuen Kernsystem. Die Rolle umfasst das inhaltliche Design eines Mapping- und Regelwerks sowie die konzeptionelle Beschreibung einer eigenständigen SideCar-Applikation mit eigenem Datenhaushalt und einem Frontend für Ergänzungen der Stammdaten im Rahmen des Systemübergangs. Ziel ist eine prüferfeste, nachhaltig betreibbare Lösung, welche Daten aus SAP, Oracle, Nebenbüchern (u. a. IFRS 17) und aktuarischen Systemen in das Kernsystem überführt und bis zum Ende der Umstellungsphase konsistent hält.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Konzeption einer Migrations- und Synchronisationsdrehscheibe (SideCar) für einen langfristigen bidirektionalen Datenaustausch
• Erstellung eines vollumfänglichen Mapping-Katalogs inklusive Validierungen, Transformationen und Anreicherungslogiken
• Erarbeitung eines durchgängigen Reconciliation- und Datenqualitätskonzepts
• Konzeption eines Frontends zur datenseitigen Ergänzung und Pflege von relevanten Daten aus versicherungstechnischen Systemen (SAP/FS-RI)
• Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen, der IT, dem Accounting, dem Aktuariat und der Revision

Muss-Anforderungen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit fundiertem Verständnis von Versicherungs- und Accounting-Prozessen (insb. IFRS 17)
• Langjährige Erfahrung in der Konzeption von Datenmigrationen, Mapping-Designs, Regelwerken und Reconciliation-Konzepten
• Fundierte technische Kenntnisse in Oracle und PostgreSQL sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP (Lesezugriff)
• Fähigkeit zur Analyse und zum Verständnis von Programmcode in C++
• Ausgeprägte Kompetenz in der adressatengerechten Übersetzung zwischen fachlichen (z. B. Accounting, Aktuariat) und technischen Anforderungen

• Spezifische Erfahrung mit der Konzeption von SideCar-Applikationen zur bidirektionalen Datensynchronisation zwischen Alt- und Neusystemen
• Kenntnisse in Bezug auf aktuarielle Systeme
