Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden im laufenden Betrieb. Du verstehst, wie unsere KI-Lösungen funktionieren – nicht weil du sie baust, sondern weil du sie erklären, bewerten und einordnen kannst. Du sorgst dafür, dass Fragen schnell beantwortet werden, Probleme nicht eskalieren und Kunden das Gefühl haben: hier kümmert sich jemand wirklich.
Aufgaben
- Persönliche, eigenständige und zuverlässige Betreuung unserer Kunden, du bist ihr direkter Ansprechpartner
- Entgegennahme, Einordnung und Priorisierung von Support-Anfragen; Weitergabe an die Entwicklung mit klarem Briefing
- Proaktive Statusupdates: Kunden wissen immer, wo ihr Ticket steht, ohne nachfragen zu müssen
- Durchführung von Onboarding-Calls, Schulungen und regelmäßigen Check-ins
- Frühzeitiges Erkennen von Unzufriedenheit und Eskalationsrisiken, bevor sie entstehen
- Sammlung und strukturierte Aufbereitung von Kundenfeedback für das Produktteam
- Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen, die zu Verlängerungen und Weiterempfehlungen führen
Qualifikation
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke – du hörst zu, fasst präzise zusammen und gibst klare Rückmeldungen
- Technisches Grundverständnis: du musst nicht coden, aber du solltest verstehen, was ein Voice Agent, eine API oder ein KI-Workflow ist
- Erfahrung im Customer Success, Account Management oder technischen Support – idealerweise in einem Software- oder Tech-Umfeld
- Eigeninitiative und Proaktivität: du wartets nicht, bis Kunden sich beschweren
- Sicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (C1+), Englisch von Vorteil
- Standort Dingolfing oder Umgebung
