Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben

• Konzeption, Erstellung und Optimierung von KI-gestütztem Content für LinkedIn, Website, Ads und Kampagnen
• Entwicklung von performanten Prompts und Content-Workflows (Text, Bild, ggf. Video)
• Eigenständige Umsetzung von LinkedIn Ads Creatives (Hook, Copy, Visual-Logik)
• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von skalierbaren Content-und Performance Prozessen mit KI
• Erstellung von SEO-optimierten Landingpages und Use Cases
• Analyse und Interpretation von Content auf Basis von Performance-Daten (z. B. CTR, Engagement)
• Identifikation und Testing neuer KI-Tools und Automatisierungen im Marketing
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing und Geschäftsführung bei Kampagnenideen

Qualifikation

Wen wir suchen

• Laufendes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Grafikdesign, KI, Medien o. Ä.
• Nachweisbare praktische Erfahrung im Content Marketing (z. B. eigene Projekte, Werkstudentenjob, Freelancing)
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit KI-Tools wie Claude, Midjourney, Runway ai oder vergleichbaren Tools
• Fähigkeit, guten von durchschnittlichem Content zu unterscheiden (insbesondere im B2B/LinkedIn-Kontext)
• Kreatives Gespür für Hooks, Storytelling und visuelle Kommunikation
• Grundverständnis für Performance Marketing und KPIs (CTR, Conversion etc.)
