kaufmännische/-n Mitarbeiter/-in (m/w/d) für unsere Buchhaltung!

Wir suchen eine engagierte kaufmännische Kraft in der Buchhaltung – und bieten dabei Flexibilität:

Die Stelle kann in Voll- oder Teilzeit besetzt werden. Du kannst dabei zwischen 3 bis 5 Arbeitstagen pro Woche wählen. Wenn du in Teilzeit arbeiten möchtest, passen wir den Aufgabenbereich selbstverständlich entsprechend an. Bitte gib in deiner Bewerbung an, wie viele Stunden und Arbeitstage pro Woche du gerne arbeiten möchtest.

Aufgaben

• Prüfung und Kontierung von Eingangsrechnungen
• Erstellung von Ausgangsrechnungen
• Verwaltung der Bürgschaften im Ein- und Ausgang
• Erfassung und Kontrolle der Arbeitszeiten via Zeiterfassungssystem
• Pflege der Mitarbeiterübersichten zu Urlaub und Krankheit
• Grundlegende kaufmännische Tätigkeiten und Abwicklung von branchentypischen Geschäftsfällen

Qualifikation

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung
• Erfahrung / Vorkenntnisse im Bereich Buchhaltung wünschenswert
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
• Kommunikationskompetenz, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
