Aufgaben

• Du arbeitest an SEO/GEO-Projekten mit und übernimmst Schritt für Schritt eigene inhaltliche Themen
• Du analysierst Daten (GSC, Analytics, Sistrix, Screaming Frog) und leitest daraus Maßnahmen ab, technisch wie inhaltlich
• Du bist früh im Austausch mit Kund:innen dabei und lernst, wie Zusammenarbeit in der Praxis funktioniert
• Du nutzt KI im Alltag, zum Beispiel für Recherche, Strukturierung oder erste Hypothesen
• Du arbeitest eng mit Content, Tracking, PPC und Projektmanagement zusammen
• Du bringst eigene Fragen, Ideen oder kleine Tests ein

Qualifikation

• Erste praktische Erfahrung im SEO, zum Beispiel als Werkstudent:in oder mit 1 bis 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung
• Interesse daran, wie sich Suche durch KI verändert
• Die Fähigkeit, dir Wissen selbst zu erarbeiten und dir aktiv Feedback einzuholen
• Keine Scheu vor Kundenkontakt
• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Verlässlichkeit
• Deutschkenntnisse im Kompetenzniveau C1

Du musst nicht alles können. Entscheidend ist, dass du verstehen willst, warum Dinge funktionieren oder nicht.
