Aufgaben

Dein Einsatz als Junior Projektmanager/in :

• Du begleitest den Aufbau und die Umsetzung neuer Projekte,
• Du dokumentierst die Anforderungen unserer Auftraggeber und unterstützt im Management und der Verteilung von Informationen & Arbeitshilfen,
• Du übernimmst die Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von ersten eigenen Projekten & Kampagnen, natürlich in enger Begleitung durch erfahrene Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus deinem Team,
• Analyse, Optimierung und Nachverfolgung der im Projekt relevanten und erzielten Kennzahlen,
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen in der Operations sowie in den einzelnen Fachteams (bspw. Technik, Training,...),
• Betreuung der Ansprechpartner unserer Auftraggeber, Du bist in deinen eigenen Projekten der erste Anlaufpunkt in der täglichen Zusammenarbeit,
• Planung und Steuerung von Maßnahmen zur Sicherung und Steigerung der Qualitätsvereinbarungen,

Qualifikation

Deine Stärken als Projektmanagement-Hero:

• eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation,
• Mindestens zwei Jahre Vorerfahrung als Fach-/Führungskraft im Customer Service eines Call Centers, beispielsweise als Trainer/in, Teamleiter/in oder Qualitätsmanager/in,
• ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und einhergehende analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten,
• technische Affinität, sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Office-Anwendungen (insbesondere MS Excel),
• Kommunikationsstärke und ein starkes Durchsetzungsvermögen,
• klare und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent,
• Sympathie und Empathie, 2 Eigenschaften, die dir helfen im Umgang mit unseren Kunden/Auftraggebern,
