Junior Performance Marketing Manager (w/m/d)

Aufgaben

Daten & Performance

• Du analysierst Kampagnendaten und optimierst sie Schritt für Schritt für bessere Ergebnisse.
• Du wertest KPIs aus und leitest konkrete Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab.
• Du erstellst strukturierte Reports, Präsentationen und Budget-Übersichten.

Kampagnen-Umsetzung

• Du unterstützt bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Meta Ads Kampagnen (Bonus: Pinterest Ads).
• Du wirkst bei der Optimierung von Neukunden-Funnels mit.
• Du arbeitest an Newsletter-Kampagnen und lernst relevante Tools und Integrationen kennen.

Strategie & Weiterentwicklung

• Gemeinsam mit deinem Team entwickelst du zielgruppengenaue Marketingstrategien.
• Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und entwickelst Kampagnen kreativ weiter.
• Du unterstützt beim Ausbau unserer Performance-Marketing-Strukturen.

Kunden & Teamwork

• Du arbeitest eng mit deinen Kolleg:innen zusammen und teilst Insights sowie Best Practices.
• Du unterstützt bei Kundenmeetings und Präsentationen.
• Du lernst, wie professionelle und langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufgebaut werden.

Qualifikation

Proaktive Arbeitsweise.
Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und eigenverantwortlich.

Erste Erfahrung im Performance-Marketing.
Idealerweise im E-Commerce oder in einer Agentur.

Ausbildung oder Studium.
Im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder Business-Management.

Sprachkenntnisse.
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) sowie idealerweise Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2).

Kommunikationsstärke.
Du kommunizierst transparent, professionell und auf Augenhöhe.

Erste Erfahrung mit Meta Ads.
Du hast bereits mit dem Meta Ads Manager gearbeitet.

Analytisches Interesse.
Du möchtest datenbasierte Entscheidungen verstehen und vertiefen.
