Aufgaben

• Beratung und Betreuung: Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kund:innen, wenn es um Marketingstrategien und -konzepte geht. Du berätst unsere Kunden hinsichtlich strategischer SEO und GEO-Maßnahmen und setzt diese operativ um.
• Marktanalyse und Strategieentwicklung: Du führst Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch und entwickelst daraus kreative und innovative Marketingstrategien, die unsere Kund:innen begeistern.
• Kampagnenmanagement: Du planst, steuerst und kontrollierst Marketingkampagnen wie ein echter Profi. Dabei arbeitest Du Hand in Hand mit unseren internen Teams und externen Partner:innen, um perfekte Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
• Kundenkommunikation: Du bist unser Sprachrohr nach außen: bestehende Kund:innen betreust Du mit Leidenschaft, und bei der Akquise neuer Kund:innen bringst Du frischen Wind ins Spiel.
• Projektmanagement: Hier behältst Du den Überblick! Du koordinierst verschiedene Projekte und stellst sicher, dass alles pünktlich und im Budgetrahmen bleibt – und das immer mit einem Lächeln auf den Lippen.
• Kreative Impulse: Du bringst frische Ideen ein und unterstützt bei der Entwicklung neuer Marketingansätze für unsere Kund:innen zum Beispiel im Bereich KI.

Qualifikation

• Fundierte Basis: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, BWL, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketing sammeln können. Idealerweise bringst du zudem erste Erfahrungen in SEO und GEO mit. Aber auch Quereinsteiger:innen sind bei uns gerne gesehen!
• Analytischer Kopf: Komplexe Themen? Kein Problem für Dich! Du denkst strukturiert, analysierst gern und kannst auch komplizierte Sachverhalte einfach und verständlich erklären.
• Sprachprofi: Du bist sicher in Englisch und sprichst fließend Deutsch – sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich – und kannst auch internationale Projekte souverän meistern.
• Tools im Griff: Ob Online-Marketingtools (Semrush, Sistrix, Google Search Console, Google Ads) oder MS Office – Du weißt, wie man sie clever einsetzt, um Projekte effizient voranzutreiben.
• Teamplayer mit Kundenfokus: Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist kommunikativ und punktest mit Deiner hohen Kundenorientierung – denn Du weißt, wie man Menschen begeistert!
• Motivation und Neugier: Du möchtest in der Marketingwelt durchstarten und bringst eine große Portion Lernbereitschaft mit.
• Digitales Mindset: Du bist begeistert von digitalen Trends, Social Media und neuen KI-Technologien. Du weißt, wie Google und Co. funktionieren und beschäftigst Dich mit den aktuellen Entwicklungen in der Branche.
• Hands-on-Mentalität: Du packst gerne mit an und scheust Dich nicht, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
